Participants & Activities

Who Can Join?

The North East Integration Rally (NEIR) is open to more than just professional drivers — it’s built for explorers, storytellers, volunteers, and changemakers who share a love for adventure with purpose.

Participants include:

  • Youth groups & student teams: Discover, learn, and lead social initiatives on the ground.
  • Media professionals, influencers & documentarians: Capture untold stories and amplify them to the world.
  • NGOs & community organisations: Engage directly with local issues, partner in community projects.
  • Adventure clubs & cultural organisations: Experience diverse landscapes while sharing your club’s spirit.
  • Professionals & road trip enthusiasts: Anyone passionate about meaningful travel, culture, and regional integration.

Participation is through official registration, and every team or volunteer is expected to align with NEIR’s core principles: discipline, respect, and responsibility

More Than a Rally: It's an Experience

At each stop and on every stretch of the road, participants do much more than drive:

Cultural Exchange Nights:

Local dance, music, handicrafts, and food festivals – meet artisans, storytellers, and performers.

Community Engagement

Volunteer visits to schools, villages, and cultural centres – sharing skills, stories, and support.

Eco & Sustainability Drives:

Tree plantations, clean-up campaigns at tourist spots, and climate awareness workshops.

Skill Workshops & Talks:

Sessions by local entrepreneurs, historians, and environmentalists – deepening your understanding of the region.

Flag-off & Flag-in Ceremonies:

Local communities welcome and send off the rally at every key stop with their unique traditions.

Social Media Challenges & Daily Stories:

Engage global audiences in real-time: share daily reflections, photos, or short videos.

Make Your Own Documentary

Each team or individual can:

  • Create photo stories, vlogs, or short films.
  • Share on personal channels and NEIR’s official platforms.
  • Help give voice to the region’s people, landscapes, and cultures.

The best stories may be featured in official NEIR documentaries, exhibitions, or social media campaigns.
