The North East Integration Rally (NEIR) isn’t just a road event — it’s a movement. A non-competitive car and motorcycle rally, NEIR spans across the eight culturally rich North Eastern states of India, starting from the historic city of Kolkata and culminating in the vibrant city of Guwahati.

Designed as a journey of discipline, discovery, and dialogue, NEIR creates a living bridge between communities, regions, and generations. It invites participants, volunteers, and audiences from across India (and beyond) to experience the true soul of the North East — its landscapes, traditions, challenges, and dreams.

Unlike typical speed-focused rallies, NEIR is built on the philosophy of “explore, engage, and empower.”

Participants navigate carefully curated routes that highlight:

• Tribal villages, heritage sites & ancient monasteries
• Eco-sensitive zones, forests, and tea gardens
• Cities alive with festivals, crafts, and local food

Along the way, they interact with local communities, participate in cultural nights, volunteer in green drives, and document untold stories.
